Superset Partners, LLC ("Majordomo") provides an LLM API gateway, observability, and cost management platform. This Privacy Policy applies to your use of Majordomo's tools, services, and platform, including gomajordomo.com and other Majordomo websites (collectively "the Services," and any websites specifically, the "Websites"), as well as your relationship with Majordomo.
By using the Services, you agree to the collection and use of your personal information as described in this Privacy Policy.
1. Personal Information We Collect
We collect the following categories of personal information for the purposes described below:
Information You Provide Us
We receive personal information about you that you choose to provide to us, including when you create an account; search for or purchase our offerings; configure settings; seek employment or business opportunities with us; communicate with us; or otherwise use our Services.
Information in LLM Requests
When you route LLM requests through the Majordomo gateway, those requests may incidentally contain personal information within prompts or response payloads. We process such information solely to provide the Services — routing requests to the configured AI model provider, logging metadata, and returning responses to your application. We do not extract, analyze, or use personal information within prompt or response content for any other purpose.
Enterprise plan customers may enable zero-knowledge mode, where prompt and response bodies are stored exclusively in the customer's own cloud storage. In that configuration, Majordomo's infrastructure processes only request metadata (token counts, cost, latency, and identifiers) and does not retain prompt or response content.
Information Collected Automatically
When you interact with our Services or use a Majordomo application, we may collect analytic information about your device or web browser. This may include technical information (such as your IP address, device ID, browser type, operating system, or language) and usage information (such as the pages visited or features used).
Information from Third Parties
We may receive information about you from public or other third-party sources, such as our service providers or partners. For example, we may receive marketing, sales generation, or recruitment information.
2. How We Use Your Personal Information
We use your personal information for the following purposes:
- Provide, maintain, and improve our Services.
- Customize your experience and respond to your inquiries.
- Evaluate job applications and manage recruitment.
- Analyze usage for internal business purposes.
- Comply with legal and contractual obligations.
- Conduct research and product development.
- Detect, investigate, and prevent harmful, fraudulent, and illegal activity and security issues, and protect the rights and property of Majordomo and others.
- Enable communications through the Services.
- Contact you about additional Majordomo services you might be interested in, unless you opt out. You can opt out of marketing communications at any time by clicking the "unsubscribe" link in any marketing email, or by contacting us at privacy@gomajordomo.com.
We may use de-identified or aggregated data to understand trends, improve our offerings, or for benchmarking purposes. We will not attempt to re-identify any de-identified data.
We do not use your personal information for decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects solely based on automated processing, unless you have explicitly consented or as permitted by law.
3. Sharing of Your Personal Information
We may share your personal information with others in the following situations:
- Service providers. We may share your personal information with trusted agents and service providers contractually engaged to provide us with services, such as cloud hosting, analytics, marketing, payment processing, and customer support. These companies are obligated by contract to safeguard any personal information they receive from us.
- Affiliates. We may share your personal information with our affiliates (entities that we control or that are under common control with us), which will honor this Privacy Policy.
- Other users. If you interact with other users through the Services or if your account is registered under a shared account, your personal information may be viewed by the users you send it to.
- Consent. We may disclose your personal information for purposes you consent to.
- Professional advisors. Lawyers, auditors, bankers, and insurers, as necessary for their services to us.
- Business transfers. In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your personal information may be transferred to the acquiring entity.
- Authorities and others. Law enforcement, government authorities, and private parties, as we believe in good faith to be necessary or appropriate for compliance and protection purposes. If reasonable and allowable, we will do our best to notify you in advance.
4. Cookie Policy
We use cookies and similar technologies to enhance your experience with our Services. These technologies include:
- Web beacons, tracking pixels, and tags. These technologies collect data like your device's IP address, the page URL, and the time the page was viewed. These files allow Majordomo to count visitors, track email engagement, and enable remarketing functionality by tracking your interactions with our Websites for targeted advertising purposes.
- Cookies. Cookies are small files on your device, categorized as first-party (set by our Websites) or third-party cookies (set by others). You can manage cookies through your browser settings. Note, some features may not work without cookies. Persistent cookies stay until they expire; session cookies are deleted when you close your browser.
- Necessary / essential cookies. These session cookies are necessary for core functions such as security and authentication.
- Acceptance cookies. These remember your cookie preferences to avoid repeated prompts.
- Functionality cookies. These remember your choices, like login details, to enhance personalization and enable targeted advertising based on your interactions with our Websites. They may be used to build audience segments for remarketing purposes and to deliver relevant advertisements on third-party websites and platforms.
Do Not Track. You can set your browser to signal that you don't want to be tracked. Currently, our Websites do not respond to DNT signals and operate as described in this Privacy Policy.
You can opt out or manage cookies in a number of ways:
- Your cookie settings. When you visit our Services, depending on where you are located, we may show you a notice which tells you how and why we use certain cookies and provide you the ability to opt out of certain cookie use (other than necessary/essential cookies).
- Blocking cookies in your browser. Most browsers let you remove or reject cookies. To do this, follow the instructions in your browser settings. Note that opt-out mechanisms are specific to the device or browser on which they are exercised.
5. Retention of Your Personal Information
Majordomo will retain your personal information only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy and to the extent necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our legal agreements and policies. After expiration of the applicable retention period, the corresponding information is routinely deleted, as long as it is no longer necessary for the fulfillment of a contract or the initiation of a contract.
Request log metadata (token counts, cost, latency) is retained according to the retention period of your plan tier. Prompt and response content is subject to the retention settings you configure, or in zero-knowledge mode, is governed entirely by your own cloud storage policies.
6. How to Delete Your Personal Information
You have the right to delete or request that we assist in deleting the personal information we have collected about you. The Services may allow you to delete certain information from within the account settings section.
You may also contact us at privacy@gomajordomo.com to request access to, correct, or delete any personal information. Note that we may need to retain certain information when we have a legal obligation or lawful basis to do so.
7. Security of Your Personal Information
The security of your personal information is important to us. We use commercially reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect it. However, no method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. No Children
The Services and our Websites are not intended for use by anyone under 18 years of age. If we become aware that we have collected personal information from anyone under the age of 18 without verification of parental consent, we will delete that information.
9. Links to Other Websites
The Services may link to websites and services we don't operate. We don't control those third-party sites and aren't responsible for their content, privacy policies, or practices.
10. Supplemental Notice to Authorized Users
Where our Services are made available to you through an organization (e.g., your employer), that organization is the administrator of the Service and responsible for the accounts and/or services over which it has control. Administrators can access and change information in your account or restrict and terminate your access to the Services. We are not responsible for the privacy or security practices of an administrator's organization. Please contact your organization or refer to your organization's policies for more information.
